Contracts of 3 BMHA officials extended 9/5/2003 Three of the top executives of the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority have received contract extensions until Dec. 31, 2005.There was no salary increase beyond the 3 percent across-the-board raise received in July, Sharon M. West, executive director, said Thursday. Her salary is $89,461. Also receiving extensions from the board of commissioners were Thomas A. Williams Jr., assistant executive director, and Gillian D. Brown, general counsel. Their salaries are $82,461.
